Monkey Island Pub is one of Grand Lake’s most legendary gathering spots.  Popular with locals and weekenders alike, the Pub offers a welcoming atmosphere with an Irish flair and plenty of entertainment options.  Pool, shuffleboard, a great juke box and three flat screens complement the dance floor, which is a particularly popular option on Friday and Saturday nights when a DJ is on hand to spin all the favorite tunes for the hardy party crowd and on those special occasions when a live band is on the stage.

Proprietors Jon Wilson and Tami Harrelson welcome customers with a friendly smile and a never-met-a-stranger attitude from 4:00 p.m. daily except Sundays.  You may be new to the place when you walk in for the first time, but you won’t be a stranger when you leave.

Service is fast, friendly and affordable and the Pub boasts a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, both bottled and on tap, as well as a varied selection of wines and cocktails.  Seating is plentiful, the décor is beautiful and the atmosphere is distinctively laid back and relaxed.
