We are  a BONDED, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY that offers services From the lavish to the practical, submit your requests and consider them done. We know you are on Grand Lake to relax & LOVE YOUR LEISURE TIME!

Here are our favorite packages:

"The No Worries Welcome"

• Thermostat adjustment 
• Hot tub thermostat adjustment
• Inspect fridge for spoiled food and interior wipe down
• Wipe down countertops
• Replace outdoor cushions and umbrellas   
• Turn on greeting lights
• Fresh bed linens up to three beds (each additional bed $5.00)

"Detailed Departure"

• Empty coffe pot filter & rinse parts.
• Empty kitchen trash.
• Check fridge for food that will spoil in less than a week.
• Strip beds
• Wash and replace bedlinens (3), and towels and wash clothes.(1 load each, additional loads $10. each)
• Wipe all countertops.
• Check outlets for forgotten appliances left on.
• Adjust thermostat.
• Adjust hot tub thermostat
• Retrieve outdoor cushions and store inside
• Turn out lights
• Lock up and set alarms

(both with incentives for 3 and 6 month contracts, as well as ensuring your time and day on my route).

In and Out Ease of Mind $15.00

• Thermostat adjustment
• Basic problem check. (Doors, windows, water leaks, etc. with a phone call to see how to proceed).

I have also added individual services on my menu:

• Personal or grocery shopping
• Wash and vacuum vehicles
• Prepare and set up arrival hors d'oeuvres
• Set appointments (tee times, spas, etc).
• Make ready for your boat. Take off cover, basic wipe down for interior, coolers stocked and iced.
• Basic "after excursion" boat clean up. Trash picked up interior wipe down, carpet sweep and cover replaced.
• Propane bottles refilled.
• Airport pick up and departure service
• Outdoor living space cleaning and make ready
• Pre Prep Grill Package. 
• Party set up and or next day tear down

Free quotes for other services upon request and would be glad to quote options I haven't thought of, or just haven't listed in my limited menu space. Having made a full time move onto the lake, I am also glad to offer year round services. So, RELAX...and Let Me Take Care of the Details!      

About Us

Lisa's Laketime Luxuries is a business I created because of one frantic thought I had on a routine Sunday evening, while making the weekly, monotonous trip back to Cheney, Kansas. "Did I turn the coffee pot off and clean it? Will my cozy cabin still be there...or will it be burnt to the foundation? Or would my coffee pot grow fur"? This thought began to mushroom. What if when I arrived next Thursday evening or Friday afternoon...not only was my shiny coffee pot  ready to brew, but my fridge was also purged of any potential science project, the air conditioning was at the perfect 70 degrees, the steaks were marinating, the veggie pack was prepared, spiced and ready to hit the grill after a great day on the lake, AND the sheets were clean and crisp! Wow...what if I had someone do my grocery shopping and run my errands before I got there so I could actually "LOVE MY LEISURE TIME"? 
Well, needless to say, in typical "Grand Lake Weekender" fashion, when we started to wonder how we could possibly end the dreaded four hour trip back home each week. How we could have our jobs down here...create a business that allows us to schedule our work around our play,  and still allow us the quality life we chased down here? By creating a "concierge" type service that allows both weekenders and full-timers alike to make the most out of your lake time, and truly "LOVE YOUR LEISURE TIME"! It seemed like the logical answer, because having raised three kids, being married for a lifetime, and having had my own business before, I have had plenty of practical experience! Besides, if it's a service that I could find myself in need of...surely others would  too!
