On Friday and Saturday nights, you can stay for a very special dining experience in privacy while enjoying your entire evening in the intimate atmosphere of the Wine and Martini Bar. Meet The Roadhouse Owners
Owners Justin and Jeremy Haynes have worked hard to maintain the legendary consistency and menu of The Roadhouse by continuing popular menu specials served by the same staff Grand Lakers have come to know and love over the years.
Justin and Jeremy are from Tulsa and their blended backgrounds offer a tremendous blend of management skill and innovative food industry experience. Jeremy has spent 15 years in Human Resource Management with The Federal Reserve Bank, Bank of Oklahoma and Occidental Petroleum. Justin has been honing his restaurant and food & beverage service industry skills for twelve years, beginning with Cedar Ridge Country Club in Tulsa, then moving up to various corporate restaurant operations including Outback, Zio’s and Abuelos, most recently working for Compadres Mexican Grill and Cantina focusing on expansion and new store openings.
Fortunately for Grand Lake diners, the Haynes brothers have joined forces to bring their business operation and food service skills to one of the lake’s most legendary restaurants.
Their parents, Tom and Gaylyn Haynes, have had a place on Monkey Island for the past ten years – and Jeremy and Justin have both been weekenders here for almost that long, trying not to miss a single weekend.
