Langley Public Library Summer Activities

The Summer Program registration at Langley Public Library has begun with "Build a Better World" activities planned. The Program will begin on Wednesday, May 31 at 1:15 p.m. and will continue on Wednesdays through June 21st. Children ages 5 – 9 will find our Summer Program to be entertaining and fun. Stop in at the library and get a calendar of events and sign up for the summer activities.

One of the first activities will be a visit from the Oklahoma City Zoo on May 31, 2017. The Zoo will present a program about animal architects to go along with our theme of “Build a Better World”. Other events throughout the program will include a ventriloquist and a magician. We will have a Pinks Tournament on June 21, with a trophy for the winner of the event.

The Library will offer other projects throughout the summer to go along with this year’s theme, “Build a Better World”. Please come by the Library each week to pick up the latest project.

Volunteers are always appreciated at the library, especially during the summer to help with the various activities and projects at the library are all on the list of opportunities. Donations of snacks for the kids, supplies and reading award prizes, as well as donations to fund the summer activities are always appreciated. Join the activities and enjoy the summer reading a good book or two or three.

For more information please contact the Library at 918-782- 4461.

This project is hosted by the Friends of Langley Public Library.
