How to deal with the Summer Heat: Remember, playing in heat means doing the best you can to conserve your energy. 1.) Stay hydrated. and use sunblock 2.) Wear loose, light-colored clothing made of moisture wicking material. 3.) Wear a hat. The bucket hat with the brim that goes all the way around may be more effective. 5.) Eat light, but eat nonetheless. 6.) Warm up fully but lightly. Don't burn it all before you get to the first tee!
