Drainage
Grand Services provides installation, repair, and maintenance of outdoor drainage systems, including drain boxes. A proper drainage system, along with our regular maintenance clean-outs and inspections, will allow your property to drain and reduce flood risks.
And, because it's best to inspect the drainage system when there's water present, we'll come out when it's raining to ensure we see exactly where there may be problems. We're not afraid of getting a little wet to make sure the job is done right.

Irrigation
Grand Services offers complete irrigation services, including drip irrigation, rain sensors, and pump installation, from the design and installation of new irrigation systems to service, repairs, and revamping of existing systems.
A Hunter-preferred installer, Grand Services has certification in irrigation maintenance and renovation through Hunter Industries, a leader in the irrigation industry. In addition to Hunter irrigation products, we also work on Rain Bird systems.
Grand Services has monthly, yearly, and seasonal irrigation maintenance plans. The service plans include winterization and spring activation. At the end of the season, we prepare the system for winter, and in the spring, we do a complete run-through to ensure nothing is wrong and that the system will work all season efficiently long.
We also perform a system check once a month to ensure no leaks or breaks and that your lawn is getting adequate coverage.
Clients with a maintenance plan also receive discounted service rates.
Landscape Services
There's more to landscaping than just looking great. Landscaping can increase the curb appeal of your home or business as well as the value of the property.
Our landscape services include mulching, adding topsoil and sod, grading and seeding, and shoreline clean-up.
Grand Services can also revamp landscapes and flowerbeds. If you have a flowerbed that has gone to seed or a problem area in your landscape that needs to be addressed, revamping the space can save time and money.
Instead of redoing an entire lawn or all the flowerbeds, revamping allows small problem areas to be easily fixed without disrupting the rest of the yard.

Property Care Inspections
Grand Services has recently expanded the scope of our property care inspection/caretaker services, through which we take care of your property and provide any necessary services you might need, ranging from general caretaking to filling your boat with gas and having it ready for you when you get to the lake.
Available year-round and customizable to our client's individual needs, the property care inspection services include property inspections. One of our team members will walk the property and physically check for locked doors, open windows, signs of damage or vandalism, and much more.
We offer several levels of service with plans that include visual and physical inspections of exterior spaces of your home, property, and dock. Grand Services will ensure that nothing is out of place, there is no running water or drips, and that everything is as it should be.
After a storm passes through, Grand Services can inspect your property and grounds to check for any damage caused by high winds or rain.
If you have to schedule a repairman but can't be there to let him in, Grand Services can meet the repairmen and let them in for you. We'll also stay there while they perform the needed service. And when they're finished, we'll lock up after they leave.
The property care inspection/caretaker services are excellent for lake homes where the owner isn't always available to check on their property. The service can be tailored to fit your needs for either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.

Site Services
We keep your site clean, so you can focus on the dream.
Grand Services provides complete clean-up and removal of trash, debris, and building materials on construction sites and from rental properties and storage facilities. We'll also remove and haul away trash and furniture.
Turf Management
Grand Services recently expanded our services to include turf management, which is essential for amazing-looking lawns and landscapes.
From seeding to weed control, we now offer pre- and post-emergent granules and granular fertilizer applications throughout the year. These applications promote the growth of grass while preventing the growth of weeds and crabgrass.
Retaining Walls
In addition to enhancing the beauty of outdoor spaces, hardscapes can also serve a functional purpose. One example is retaining walls, which can play an essential part in the design of well-planned outdoor spaces.
