We try to meet our customer's needs based on what they need, not what we want to do. Grand Services prices aren't one-size-fits-all either. We match the cost to your unique property, depending on the size, location, scope of the work, etc.

Over the years, when a client or two would need something special done on their property, we would handle the job for them. Then others would request the same service. Eventually, those jobs became part of the services we offer. We've grown as the need has evolved.

Should this happen, we don't leave our clients hanging. We maintain a list of contractors, handymen, electricians, and other service professionals and companies whom we recommend. We're happy to refer their services to our clients.
