Ribbon Cutting - Lake Time Business Center

A Ribbon Cutting was held by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors on Thursday, April 27, 2023, for Lake Time Business Center.

Located at 25100 N. US Hwy 59, the 7,000 sq. ft. former location of LTI Publications is now home to rentable office spaces, conference rooms and an event center. Owners Derrick and Somer Brown, who also own R & D Landscape next door, believed that the Grove area needed this type of business space and are excited to keep expanding the property to add more rentable areas including a retail space.

The office spaces range from only $150 to $300 per month and include internet and utilities. The conference rooms and event center, complete with a small kitchen area, are perfect for larger company meetings, reunions, receptions, parties and lots more. Lake Time offers a flexible business environment that adapts to the varied needs of members and guests.

Ambassadors attending the Ribbon Cutting were T.J. Burden - Farmers Insurance: T.J. Burden Agency, Judi Johnson - McGraw Realtors Grand Lake, Jordan Perez - FirsTitle, Jamie Johnson - Grove Nursing Center, Jacob Wallace - FirsTitle, Jay Alexander - Grand Savings Bank, Angela Hamilton - Grand River Abstract & Title Co, Todd Franke - AmeriSpec Inspection Services and John Sawyer - Sawyer-Phillips Insurance.
