Job Description:

Now hiring a part-time BookKeeper.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Bi-weekly payroll in QuickBooks
Enter and pay vendor and subcontractor invoices
Federal and state payroll filing
Sales tax reports, monthly, semi-annually
Customer Invoicing
Collection on past due accounts
Reconcile credit card and bank statements
Prepare financial summary for weekly production meeting
