Job Description:
The General Manager manages overall operations for The Coves Master Association (CMA), including financial performance, service delivery, facility operations, and asset optimization for the 660 + acre gated community of over 480 members with 20-30 full and part time employees, multiple amenities, water and sewer utilities, 24-hour security services and an 18-hole golf course operated by a 3rd party. Position coordinates operations with the in-house administrative group responsible for payroll and HR, dues and fee collection, accounts payable, insurance, and other facility coordination.
