Ribbon cutting - AmeriSpec Home Inspections

A ribbon cutting was held on Thursday, January 13 by the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors for new business AmeriSpec Home Inspections.  Todd Franke is the Grove franchise owner and is looking forward to serving the Grove and Grand Lake communities. Todd is very knowledgeable  and has a double degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering and has spent many years in a career in those areas. Todd plans to be here for many years to come and is already getting involved in the community. He is licensed and insured and inspects both home and commercial properties.
