JOIN US FOR ACTIVITY PARK GROUNDBREAKING FRIDAY MORNING

Please join us Friday morning, February 14 at 10:00 a.m. for groundbreaking ceremonies for our new $5.5 million Activity Park. Ceremonies will be in the Roosevelt Ballroom of the hotel featuring short presentations from Shangri-La owner Eddy Gibbs, Executive Chairman Jason Sheffield, President & CEO Barry Willingham, and remarks by Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell. Following the presentations, actual groundbreaking actions will be held on the Activity Park site, directly across from the main entrance of the hotel. Snacks and beverage will be available both prior to and following the festivities.

VALENTINE’S COUPLES DINNERS AT THE SUMMIT AND DOC’S

It’s a three-day Valentine celebration at both The Summit Restaurant and Doc’s Bar & Grill. Two different Valentine Couples Dinners are offered Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, February 14, 15, and 16.

The Summit’s four-course dinner is open to the public and will feature your choice of entrees – Papperdelle with Prawns, Surf & Turf, or a Pecan Smoked Duck La Cerise – for $120 per couple ($175 including a special bottle of wine). Terry Jordan will provide musical entertainment Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at The Summit Restaurant.

The Valentine dinner at Doc’s will also be a four-course offering, with Chicken Piccata, Hawaiian Sea Bass or Beef Welling as the entrée choices. The Doc’s dinner is priced at $60 per couple (or $80 including a bottle of wine). For reservations at Doc’s, call 918-257-7742.

NEW DOC’S MENU

After we wrap up the Valentine weekend fun, we will debut our all-new Doc’s Bar & Grill menu complete with a new look in both décor and uniforms on Tuesday, February 18. It will include all the smoked meats we debuted at our Whiskey Kitchen event, plus some additional surprise dishes. We’re all about comfort food with the new menu.

SUNDAY BRUNCH AT DOC’S!

Sunday Brunch at Doc’s is served from 9:00-2:00. Doc’s is always open to the general public; and brunch specials are priced at $12-$16.

Remember, too, that Doc’s Bar & Grill offers Pizza Delivery Service on Monkey Island Thursday-Monday. There is a phone number dedicated exclusively to that service. If you live on the Island, just call 918-257-7777 and place your order. We’ll bring it right to your door.

WATER AEROBICS CLASSES MONDAY & WEDNESDAY!

Certified instructor Mary Ellen Risinger leads water aerobics classes for members and their guests at the indoor pool at the resort hotel every Monday & Wednesday at 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. Classes are $15 each – or $60 for the entire month!

It’s a fun promotion for the chilly days. From now until Daily Saving Time begins March 8, Shangri-La Golf Club offers a daily SHANGRI-LOW golf special.
