Saturday is Red River Rivalry, Part II. Please plan to join us at Doc’s Bar & Grill as the University of Oklahoma takes on the Texas Longhorns for the Big 12 Championship. Food, fun, friends – and football! Kick-off is at 11:00 Saturday morning. If you already have other plans on Monkey Island for the game, we’ll be happy to delivery piping hot pizzas from Doc’s right to your door.
Saturday night is a fabulous “Festive French Wine Dinner” at the Summit for members of the Shangri-La Wine Club and their guests. There is no charge for members of our Wine Club. Cost for guests is $125. The party starts at 6:00. Chef Mike has put together an incredible wonderful five-course dinner, each course perfectly paired with another outstanding wine selection.

The best way to start your Sunday is with our popular “Sunday Brunch” at Doc’s Bar & Grill from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. This week’s brunch specials include Sooner Benedict with Chicken Fried Steak, a California Bagel, Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, a Rueben Omelet, and Eggs & Grits.
